Diagnostic Abdominal Ultrasound
Using a state of the art, high resolution mobile veterinary ultrasound unit, Dr. Williams is able to investigate common abdominal maladies; vomiting and diarrhea, anorexia, pancreatic, gall bladder, kidney & liver diseases, lower urinary disease, anemia, thrombocytopenia, etc… we are able to collect fluid or cytology samples important for diagnosis that are not easily accessible otherwise.
Diagnostic Echocardiography
Ultrasound examination of the heart is essential to diagnose and choose appropriate treatment of heart disease in companion animals. Dr. Williams uses an echo table and appropriate instrumentation to perform full cardiac work-ups on patients in need.

Therapeutic Ultrasound
Utilizing veterinary ultrasound guidance, Dr. Williams will be able to perform therapeutic centesis to stabilize and manage some diseases pending diagnosis. Thoracocentesis, pericardiocentesis, abdominocentesis can all be performed with or without sedation. Specialized procedures, such as parathyroid adenoma injections have high success rates to treat hypercalcemia without performing surgery.
