There the best I couldn’t have chosen a better hospital to take my dog . Seriously love there service and care
Personal service from people who care about us and our pets is invaluable. New Hope delivers every time in a professional but friendly way.
I had to do the hardest thing an animal lover has to do, I had to put my golden retriever of almost 10 years down yesterday. The staff at New Hope was beyond amazing. They were compassionate and let me grieve, they never made me feel rushed and took great care of my Sammy. It was the hardest day of my life, but their compassionate care made it as easy as a situation like that can be. Thank you to the staff for being so kind, caring and compassionate towards Sam and I.
Thank you for helping me get the four feral kitties fixed last week. They were treated with such good care and came back healthy and happy. KoKo, Little Patches, Miss Sweetie and ChowChow all thank you too. You are making such a big difference in the community and it is appreciated.
We have been going here for over ten years. Last week our sweet, 12 yr old lab Baxter went to doggie heaven. Dr. Stan Baker and the nurses and the entire staff were nothing but kind and compassionate.
Same day service in and out!! My dog maggie really seem to like the staff!
We have taken our two kitties to New Hope for four years now and have been very happy with the loving and knowledgeable care they have been given by a variety of vets and assistants! We chose them because they give excellent care but also because we think they will be compassionate when we must make that last trip with them that is so difficult.
Me and Lola really like their attention even though she hates getting shots there always nice an know how to calm her down…
New Hope treats me and my fur babies like we are part of the family. They are always ready with a helping hand and skilled medical services. I highly recommend them!
Thank you for taking good care of my sweet special needs boy and fitting him into your busy Monday. He was seen much quicker than I expected!
